Pre-Assembled Lathe Control Boxes

All of the box options below come with an 8’- 110 volt cord pre-wired into the box.

Option 1—This box comes with a small 3 button box that can be mounted in a convenient location.

The box contains one Amber button for RESET after the guard has been opened (this is so that the Lathe cannot be started until the reset button has been pushed).

   One Green button for OPEN ( this unlocks the locking safety switch on the guard), and a KEY BYPASS that allows for a “one time” bypass if the part in the lathe needs a process that requires the guard to be open with the lathe running. ie. filing or emery cloth finishing—when this function is in use a light stack displays a  flashing RED light.   This option also includes an S.T.I. locking safety switch----------Price  $ 2510.00.

Option 2---The control box has a Green button for OPEN that has to be pushed to unlock the Locking Safety Switch on the guard and an Amber RESET button that will reset the lathe power supply relay.   This option also includes an S.T.I locking safety switch------Price $1830.00.

Option 3---The control box comes with an STI safety switch that is not locking but will drop out the power relay when the guard is opened and an Amber RESET button to reset the lathe power source.   Price--$1290.00.
