Flexi-Fence
Modular Guarding System
The ATS Flexi-Fence system is a new
and easily erected way to accomplish perimeter
guarding. No more welded steel wire
fences which are heavy and
permanent. Our clear anodized
aluminum panel frames, available in a
variety of filler panel types, are easy to
set-up and can be removed in a matter of
minutes.
Use to
guard robot cells, hot and dangerous
areas, machinery, separating parts storage
from walkways, creating safe walkway
areas, and for noise abatement when Lexan
panels are ordered.
Panels
are constructed with
HD Aluminum 40mm Extrusion. Posts
are either 40mm or 40x80mm extrusion and fastened to the floor via 1/2"
thick CNC Aluminum Angle Brackets.
These have four holes for concrete anchors
to be installed.

The Panels are held in place by
brackets on top and bottom which contain
pins to locate the panel. Because
the panels are held in place by the pins,
they can be swiveled up to 120 degrees
either way. Simply set angle and
then install next post and continue.
This system is great for getting around
odd angles because of the infinite
adjustability and design possibilities. See below for pictures

Hinged
doors can be added in between posts/panels
for easy access to guarded area.
They can be ordered in 36" and
48" widths. Safety interlock
switches with brackets and key needed are
also available. All you do is set up
and wire.
How
to Order
Customer
supplies dimensions or floor plan sketch
of the area they are going to guard.
Indicate angles of corners or any offsets,
door position and width, and panel
material configuration.
ATS will
do the rest and ship to your facility for
installation by your staff. All
hardware included except concrete anchors.
